## Responsibilities
- Developing BCAP partners, taking over existing coverage and deepening it.
- Co-building, co-marketing, and co-selling with partners.
- Driving the new top priority of enabling partner FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) capability to land production-grade AI/agentic projects for customers.
- Engaging Partner's Technology, Sales & Marketing leaders to determine the best approach to co-build/co-sell/co-market.
- Uplifting partner capability through workshops and player-coach, including building out their FDE capability with AWS building blocks (Agent Core, Strands SDK, Bedrock) and the Agent DLC (evaluation-driven agent development) methodology.
- Accelerating partner opportunities through architecture design/review, PoC, and technical resolution.
- Modernizing their architecture with AWS.
- Packaging and promoting partner solutions, sedimenting reusable assets and use cases across their customers.
- Co-marketing their offering through Public Speaking/Blog/Workshop etc.
- Partnering with PDMs (Partner Development Manager) in partner development planning, execution, and reviews.
- Co-build solutions with partners so the solution runs on and differentiates on AWS.
- Co-sell with partners through opportunity engagement, validating solutions through PoCs.
- Co-market partner solutions through creating solution offerings, advocating the solution through public speaking, workshops, etc.
- Champion partners across the AWS field team, driving partner solution adoption.
- Uplift partner FDE capability through workshops and player-coach, leveraging AWS building blocks and the Agent DLC methodology.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge with the broader Solutions Architect community.
- Present AWS services and solutions to the wider partner community, participating in external events such as summits, webinars, and product launches.
- Share partner and customer feedback with internal product management and engineering teams to help drive improvements.
## Requirements
- 6+ years of provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services experience.
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture.
## Nice to Have
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
