Sr. SDE, AWS Transform Migrations

## Responsibilities - Design and build an agentic solution to help large enterprise companies migrate their computing to AWS. - Deliver a reliable and high-performance service at AWS scale. - Interact with customers to understand business goals and innovate rapidly. - Implement big ideas and help coach others to raise code quality. - Dig into complex operational issues and help customers build next-generation web applications. - Work with AI/ML practitioners, software engineers, and solution architects to create groundbreaking technologies. ## Requirements - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language. - 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems. - Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. ## Nice to Have - 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. ## Benefits - Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. - Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). - Inclusive culture with mentorship and career growth opportunities. - Equal opportunity employer with no discrimination based on protected status.
