## Responsibilities
- Provide regular analysis and insight to marketing channel and Devices product line leaders.
- Proactively identify trends and facilitate analysis to identify issues impacting Devices and Amazon-wide traffic.
- Identify customer signals across the full funnel, translating behavioral data into actionable insights that drive business results and inform real-time campaign decisions.
- Architect and develop an AI-native analytics and reporting model, leveraging both traditional dashboards and AI agents to enable scalable self-service business intelligence and reduce time-to-insight.
- Establish a unified intelligence measurement layer that connects customer touchpoints across channels, enabling a cohesive view of the customer journey from awareness through conversion.
- Define, govern, and evolve metric standards and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent measurement across Homepage surfaces and partner teams.
- Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments to measure causal impact, inform strategy, and optimize program performance.
- Build ETL pipelines, statistical models, and machine learning solutions using large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align the analytics roadmap with strategic goals and objectives.
- Design and implement end-to-end reporting solutions, metrics, dashboards, and automated processes to drive key business decisions and track progress against targets.
## Requirements
- 10+ years of professional or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a related occupation.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
- Track record of developing and monitoring KPIs to drive business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
## Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field.
- Knowledge of Python or R or other scripting languages.
- Experience in statistics methodology, applications to business problems, or big data.
