Manager, BI, Flex Analytics

## Responsibilities We are making a fundamental shift from a team that answers questions to an AI-native decision intelligence platform that proactively detects problems, diagnoses root causes, and recommends actions — with or without human prompt. And to achieve this, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team responsible for defining, building and executing our end-to-end BI solutions. In this strategic, high-visibility role you will own the execution of cross-org projects and help measure the impact of our various offerings within the Flex program. You will: - work with business leaders and program managers within and outside the org to define the scope, plan, execute and rollout BI solutions - lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Engineers to deliver solutions - build stakeholder trust through concise, accurate and timely communications and updates - use broad context from multiple businesses to set and drive 3-year vision and 1-year operating plans - set and manage stakeholder expectations If you’re passionate about building teams and tools that enhance productivity, improve financial accuracy, reduce waste, and improve work-life harmony for a large and rapidly growing team, come join us! ## Requirements - 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience - 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience - Experience with SQL - Experience with ETL - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software ## Nice to Have - 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience - 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience ## Benefits Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
