Solutions Architect

## Responsibilities - Help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions - Provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud - Drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers - Shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers - Mobilize resources within AWS and work with the extensive partner network - Provide exceptional technical design guidance and thought leadership - Lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge with the AWS solution architect community - Learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry ## Requirements - 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience - 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience - Travel will be mostly regional, with an expectation of travel around 20% ## Nice to Have - Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries - Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud - Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective ## Benefits - Base salary range listed, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) - Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave - Inclusive culture, mentorship, career growth, and work-life balance - Equal opportunity employer with no discrimination based on protected status - Access to employee-led affinity groups and learning experiences - Opportunities to work with top technical teams and influence customer architectural choices
