Software Development Engineer II, Selling Partner Trust & Compliance

## Responsibilities - Build systems and AI-powered experiences that enhance the selling experience on Amazon, making it clearer, fairer, and more trustworthy for millions of sellers. - Develop GenAI-powered seller experiences at scale, production systems built on harness & services that leverage foundation models to turn complex signals into clear, accurate, seller-facing guidance. - Create high-performance platforms and services that handle millions of requests per day at millisecond latency under strict SLAs, using big data sets and distributed frameworks. - Design and implement trust and remediation systems that help sellers understand issues, resolve them quickly, and avoid problems before they occur. - Conceptualize, design, build, test, and own software systems end to end, driving the technical direction of the team across a wide range of technologies. - Ensure the technical solutions deliver an exceptional customer experience, with ownership of what is built and the ability to shape the roadmap. ## Requirements - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems. - 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience. - 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl. - 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience. - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience programming with at least one software programming language. ## Nice to Have - 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. ## Benefits - The systems you build will be visible to leadership and used by sellers worldwide on day one. - The impact is real, measurable, and yours to own. - Opportunity to work on large-scale, AI-powered systems that earn sellers' trust and help them succeed.
