We're tackling multidimensional problems that involve enabling AI agents to perceive and navigate complex delivery environments, understanding dynamic scenes through visual data, and adapting to everything from unexpected obstacles to varying weather and lighting conditions – all while ensuring every package arrives safely as per our promise. ## Responsibilities - Develop computer vision and perception systems that enable AI agents to understand and interact with the physical world. - Design and implement deep learning models for visual perception. - Build algorithms that enable decision-making for AI agents. - Create robust systems that allow AI agents to operate safely across diverse geographical areas. - Work on complete solutions from object detection and tracking to path planning and control. - Perform sim-to-real transfer and real-world deployment of systems. - Continuously learn from agent experiences to improve system performance. ## Requirements - 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience. - PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience. - Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language. - Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning. ## Nice to Have - Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc. - Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc. ## Benefits - Base salary range: 167,100.00 - 226,100.00 USD annually. - Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). - Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. - Equal opportunity employer with inclusive culture.
