Responsibilities
Manage store sales targets and execute action plans to achieve them; Provide appropriate instructions and guidance to store management team members and cast; Analyze issues for store operation improvements and execute improvement plans; Manage product inventory based on headquarters instructions; Plan and manage cast work shifts based on daily sales and labor cost plans; Continuously improve guest service, visual merchandising, and operation quality; Develop and execute plans for new cast hiring aligned with sales and labor cost plans; Conduct effective training for cast to achieve high-quality guest service; Evaluate cast performance and provide appropriate feedback; Develop next-generation leader talent; Manage in-store cash (sales, change, petty cash, vouchers); Liaise with developers regarding store operations; Execute store inventory stocktaking and prevent inventory loss/fraud; Prevent and handle store incidents; Handle guest complaints and follow up; Maintain close communication with regional managers and headquarters departments; Perform other store operation-related tasks
