Responsibilities
Steer and manage all FM aspects to increase property value and efficiency; ensure proper management of the property throughout its lifecycle including safety, legal compliance, maintenance, and optimization; plan, organize, and coordinate agreed facility services of the total service provider; undertake project management for FM-related services and renovation/modernization measures; create reports on energy consumption, waste management, and cost tracking; supervise external personnel of the service provider and ensure delegated duties are fulfilled; act as the first point of contact for FM matters for senior management.
