Responsibilities
Design, document, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios; Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, test utilities, and test scenarios using C# or JavaScript; Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and analyze automated test results; Perform API testing and validate data flows between application components and external systems; Use SQL queries to validate application data, investigate defects, and verify expected system behavior; Identify, document, track, and retest defects, providing clear information that helps development teams reproduce and resolve issues; Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners during requirements analysis to identify risks, edge cases, and testability concerns early; Contribute to improving testing standards, automation frameworks, test data, and QA processes; Support investigation of production incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis where appropriate; Use approved AI-assisted tools to improve test design, automation, troubleshooting, and QA productivity while validating generated output and maintaining quality standards.
