Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks for the team, identify potential risks or constraints affecting task delivery, ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to required quality and safety standards, manage stakeholder expectations throughout project execution, supervise and develop team members through performance reviews counselling and ongoing mentoring, support Operational Quality Evaluations by compiling submissions and assisting as required, monitor procedures in practice providing feedback to the QA Department and stakeholders to maintain task and project standards, coordinate sub-contractors including requesting quotations raising purchase orders and ensuring work meets specifications and quality expectations
