Responsibilities
Represent the company as a single point of contact for customers and builders regarding service requests; Provide engineering services for reliability, planning, and replacement projects; Gather customer load information, service size, and voltage to size facilities correctly; Prepare engineering field notes and send them to the Design Center; Obtain customer approvals, easements, and rights-of-way for service contracts and permits; Coordinate with Operations to schedule projects within service requirements; Assist in evaluating new business projects for revenue and costs; Process jobs using company computer systems; Work in field or office environments subject to emergency call-outs
