Lead planning and execution of daily production activities; manage shift operations to reduce downtime and process disruptions; review and report daily production performance; support facility financial objectives including budgets and forecasts; monitor and report safety, quality, and operational performance; ensure cleaning and sanitation activities are completed and documented; schedule, train, and mentor team members; maintain appropriate staffing and provide direction; ensure end-of-shift shutdown activities and handoffs are completed; drive issues to root cause and implement corrective actions; develop supervisors through coaching and delegation; partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other functions to resolve constraints.
