Responsibilities
Lead and develop an experienced team of Electrical and Mechanical engineers; Direct engineering activities supporting design, development, validation, and manufacturing; Work directly with key customers to develop product specifications and project objectives; Establish engineering priorities, allocate resources, and manage project execution; Partner with Sales, Quality, and Field Service to resolve technical issues; Collaborate with global teams to standardize products and share best practices; Work with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to improve product cost, reliability, and quality; Develop and manage engineering department budget and staffing plans; Support execution of strategic growth initiatives; Serve as a member of the leadership team to develop business plans and strategy.
