Own multi-year product roadmap for Legal Technology platforms; Set prioritization frameworks and OKRs across workstreams; Define enterprise integration strategy for legal systems; Partner with Director of Corporate Systems on technology strategy; Set strategy and governance for AI-powered application development; Lead and develop a team of Technical Analysts and staff augmentation partners; Manage vendor relationships and contract performance; Serve as senior liaison between Legal and Corporate Systems leadership; Own executive status reporting and business cases; Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Legal Operations, Compliance, and IT; Own platform governance, access management, and audit readiness; Establish and monitor SLAs for Level 2/3 support; Identify and champion process and automation improvements
