Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of digital solutions supporting ESG processes, reporting, and data management; Translate ESG business, regulatory, and reporting requirements into clear product requirements, capabilities, user stories, and implementation priorities; Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities; Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance principles; Coordinate complex ESG initiatives from requirements definition through implementation and rollout; Structure project scope, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, and deliverables; Coordinate activities across business, IT, data, architecture, security, compliance, and external delivery partners; Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required management actions; Drive issues to resolution and ensure timely escalation where necessary
