Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily manufacturing operations to ensure optimum performance, productivity, quality and efficiency; Establish and monitor key operational metrics including productivity, quality, waste reduction, on-time delivery, equipment effectiveness and customer satisfaction; Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant; Partner with functional leaders to optimize production schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation and operational processes; Assume full P&L responsibility for the facility and ensure achievement of financial objectives; Drive initiatives to improve profitability through productivity improvements, cost reductions and operational efficiencies
