To help strengthen security across our international operations, we are looking for an experienced and collaborative IT Auditor (m/f/d) to join our Information Security Team.

Your Role

• You plan and conduct IT and OT security audits across our international Group, identify risks and support sustainable improvements
• You give our teams the confidence to operate securely by identifying risks early and turning findings into meaningful improvements

• You strengthen IT and OT security across our international locations and turn complex challenges into practical solutions

• You help shape a risk-aware culture where informed decisions support long-term business success

• You bring IT, OT and Security teams together to continuously raise security standards across the Group

• You support colleagues and leaders better understand risks, opportunities and compliance requirements in a practical way

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• You bring several years of experience in IT Security, Auditing or GRC, evaluating internal controls and communicating findings to technical and business stakeholders
• You are motivated by protecting businesses, reducing risk and making complex environments more resilient
• You understand frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and IEC 62443 and can translate them into real-world improvements
• You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset, looking beyond the obvious to identify root causes and uncover opportunities to strengthen security

• You enjoy working with stakeholders across different functions, cultures and locations, communicate confidently in German and English, and are willing to travel internationally

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 70,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
