Responsibilities
Lead analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Epic reports; coordinate with business operations, providers, IT colleagues, users, and vendors to resolve issues; assess reporting needs and develop report specifications; create test scripts and conduct configuration and user testing; support upgrades, releases, and change management in accordance with ITIL processes; monitor and resolve service tickets; assist with other Epic modules and special projects.
