Software Development Project Manager
Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year
Requirements:
High school diploma paired with 10+ years of experience in project management, systems engineering, or project integration 5+ years of experience leading software development teams Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and experience serving as a Scrum Master Active/current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Preferred: bachelors degree in a technical field Preferred: 5+ years supporting customers and programs in the IC community Preferred: 5+ years in a technical lead role Preferred: PMP or ITIL certification Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time
Responsibilities:
Identify project needs and required actions, organize project work, and manage tasks and objectives to support the customer mission Track and maintain requirements from multiple stakeholder groups, translate them for developers, and help deliver solutions while overseeing documentation, schedules, and deliverables Work with subject matter experts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and properly evaluated Manage project records, including meeting minutes and documentation standards that support quality, consistency, and repeatability Build and sustain strong working relationships with mission partners Coordinate and oversee a growing set of requirements across stakeholders, groups, and offices to keep goals and timelines on track Communicate project status to customer and internal leadership and secure approvals at control gates and phase transitions
