Salary: $90,000 - 160,000 per year
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of computer security, military system standards, and DoD cybersecurity guidelines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for concise presentations Must hold one of the following DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III baseline certifications: - CASP+ CE - CCNP Security - CISA - CISSP (Associate) - CISSP - GCED - GCIH - CCSP
Responsibilities:
Create Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation for various systems Develop and sustain security-related documents including: - Authorization Boundary Diagram - System Hardware/Software/Information Flow - System Security Plan - Privacy Impact Assessment - e-Authentication - Implementation Plan - Continuous Monitoring Plan at the system level - Ports, Protocols, and Services Registration - Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) Conduct annual FISMA assessments Perform continuous monitoring of authorized systems Create and revise testing plans; execute tests on system components using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and conduct Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) reviews Execute automated ACAS scanning, STIG, SCAP checks (including evaluating STIG, Tenable Nessus, etc.) on standalone and networked systems Analyze cybersecurity test scan results and assist in documenting open issues in the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) Evaluate DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide test outcomes and help document open points in the Plan of Action and Milestones
