Requirements:
We require at least 2 years of experience with commercial off-the-shelf package integration. We require at least 2 years of experience with data and integration technologies such as ESB, ETL, and EAI. We require at least 2 years of experience translating solution needs into technical application requirements. We require at least 2 years of experience designing target-state architecture in a corporate or enterprise setting. We require at least 2 years of experience in solution architecture, including work across a portfolio of solutions. We require at least 2 years of experience with application development frameworks such as Spring, Jersey, or Oracle ADF. We require at least 1 year of experience with modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or ER. We require at least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, plus at least 6 years of IT experience delivering technical solutions, including at least 2 years on IT architecture projects. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of the degree. We are seeking a candidate with deep UiPath architecture experience and strong operational discipline. We need someone who can partner effectively with project managers, business analysts, clinical operations, and enterprise stakeholders. We value experience supporting physician leaders, nurse leaders, and clinical operations stakeholders across the enterprise. We prefer candidates with a deep understanding of at least one application domain, such as web, mobile, ERP, or mainframe, along with broad awareness of other architecture domains.
Responsibilities:
We manage work assignments and support business-specific initiatives by applying subject matter expertise, helping build work plans, coordinating resources, and keeping priorities and deadlines on track. We collaborate across functions to support effective business decisions, solve complex issues, escalate urgent risks when needed, and identify improvement opportunities. We support self-development and encourage learning in others by sharing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers. We build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and influence others through clear technical explanations and examples. We adapt to changing demands and responsibilities while actively seeking, giving, and acting on feedback. We execute the architecture process for technology solutions, collaborating with other architects to shape the target state. We create solution architectures, roadmaps, and system transition plans that align business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture. We work with project teams and business users to produce architecture artifacts such as logical, conceptual, and physical models to guide detailed design. We help evaluate and select technologies when requested. We contribute domain knowledge to architecture strategy and technology direction. We share insight on capability gaps, architectural gaps, and market trends that inform future direction. We define and communicate architecture standards, guidelines, and direction, with guidance from senior architects as needed. We help ensure architecture controls support business requirements. We assist in developing architectural best practices that shape technology solution design. We collaborate with IT and business leadership on decisions regarding the adoption of new technology. We serve as a subject matter expert for assigned domains and educate others on architecture methods, governance, and standards. We present to internal and external audiences as part of our architectural leadership. We support production operations, critical release activities, market-specific execution needs, and after-hours support when required.
