ERP & Business Process Specialist

Salary: $85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. We require 5–10 years of ERP administration experience. We require manufacturing ERP experience. We require strong analytical capabilities. We require excellent communication skills. We require advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. We require experience supporting end users. We value hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, SSRS, data imports/API integrations, and workflow automation. We look for knowledge of manufacturing, inventory control, purchasing, MRP, production scheduling, bills of material, lot tracking, cost accounting, warehouse operations, and financial reporting. We expect strong problem-solving, project management, customer service, process improvement, attention to detail, organizational, continuous improvement, and team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
We support the day-to-day operation of multiple ERP systems. We troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions. We maintain system configuration and user access/security. We create and maintain master data. We monitor data integrity and transactional accuracy. We analyze existing business processes and recommend workflow improvements. We identify automation opportunities and help reduce manual work. We standardize procedures across multiple companies. We assist with integrating ERP platforms across our business units. We coordinate with external VAR partners. We lead ERP upgrades and future ERP conversion efforts. We perform system testing before implementation. We document business requirements. We develop reports and dashboards. We support KPI reporting and improve operational visibility. We assist departments with reporting needs. We develop SQL queries when appropriate. We train new ERP users. We develop written procedures and training materials. We provide ongoing user support. We promote ERP best practices.

This is a highly visible, in-person role with strong growth potential as we continue expanding our ERP capabilities. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Human Resources, and Information Technology to improve efficiency through automation, standardized processes, and accurate data.
