Test Engineer - Baseline
Salary: $76,960 - 76,960 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. We are looking for 1–3 years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer with a strong track record in validating complex applications. We need hands-on experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail. We value proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and communication protocols, including UDS, CAN, and Ethernet. We prefer familiarity with autonomous vehicle platforms, including LiDAR, radar, camera systems, and EV powertrain components.
Responsibilities:
We develop, maintain, and expand automation test cases in Playwright to strengthen regression testing coverage. We perform manual testing for baseline functionality, releases, hotfixes, and pre-merge checks to help ensure software quality. We conduct vehicle mission testing, assess workflows from an operations standpoint, and prepare detailed reports on mission results. We support vehicle troubleshooting efforts by identifying, reproducing, and verifying defects across development, staging, and production environments. We collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to ensure thorough test coverage and feature validation.
