Responsibilities

Write, refine, and maintain customer requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to mission objectives. Help Product Owners and end users articulate functional needs and prioritize requirements. Work with development teams to confirm technical feasibility and reflect requirements in product backlogs. Maintain detailed requirements documentation and matrices supporting test planning and user acceptance testing. Support modern software delivery practices for rapid deployment. Ensure compliance with federal software standards and government regulations.
