Salary: $173,800 - 235,000 per year

We require 3+ years of management experience We require experience hiring, mentoring, and developing employees throughout their careers We require 6+ years of multi-million-dollar contract negotiation experience We require 6+ years of colocation experience We prefer 5+ years of management experience We prefer experience leading large, complex negotiations with a strong record of success
Responsibilities:
We manage the commercial and operational relationships with assigned infrastructure partners We own the cadence and content of our internal business review schedule, including reporting We develop and enhance our partner performance dashboards We support reporting needs from our business support systems We hire, coach, cultivate, and train individual contributors on the business development team We drive cost savings and avoidance initiatives We stay current on emerging engineering and technical requirements in the industry We serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and external partners on ML-specific infrastructure matters We collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Security, Product, Finance, and Legal to optimize colocation strategies supporting AWS ML scaling We present strategy to senior leadership
