Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities; Analyze variances and escalate complex items to senior analysts or VP of Finance; Maintain structured documentation and appendices for audit preparation; Support NetSuite Sandbox-to-Production transition by tracking general ledger, AR, AP, and payroll discrepancies; Contribute to external audit documentation collection; Identify manual tasks for process improvement and support NetSuite implementation; Update financial dashboards and reports; Assist in budget, forecast, and scenario modeling data collection; Coordinate data requests with Operations, Purchasing, HR, and IT; Disseminate bilingual internal communications regarding financial process changes.
