Conduct system-level RF analyses including link budgets and propagation effects; Assess lethality and effectiveness of RF, EW, and HPM systems against air and missile threats using experimentation and simulation; Propose, analyze, and test new RF concepts, waveforms, and hardware designs; Evaluate integration of RF, EW, and HPM systems into the kill chain; Design, simulate, develop, and test software-defined radios, analog and RF circuits, amplifiers, and antennas.
