Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of payroll processes; Act as a central resource for integration, conversion, and optimization projects; Participate in parallel payroll runs and result validation; Serve as a super user for SAP within the payroll team; Create, test, validate, and deploy new revenue and payroll codes; Support harmonization of revenue codes and payroll practices; Perform functional testing during configuration changes or new implementations; Maintain, correct, and update data interfaces and integrations; Support supervisors and the master payroll officer in resolving complex issues; Act as a reference point for payroll system questions and data controls; Document processes and procedures; Produce, validate, and correct year-end tax sheets; Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations.
