Responsibilities
Record and verify all inventory receipts against approved purchase orders. Process and maintain records of stock issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments. Coordinate procurement workflows including requisition processing and purchase order preparation. Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain workshop job cards, vehicle maintenance records, fuel logs, and odometer readings. Track and control the issuance of fuel, diesel, balloon gas, and other operational consumables. Support internal and external audits by preparing inventory records and stock reports.
