Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 services; Build, enhance, and support Canvas and Model-Driven applications; Develop and maintain complex cloud flows and business process automations; Design Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and solution components; Establish and implement Power Platform governance standards, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and connector governance; Design, administer, and support SharePoint Online solutions, including site and information architecture; Create integrations and administrative automations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and PowerShell; Collaborate with security, privacy, and compliance teams to implement least-privilege access and data protection; Provide technical escalation support for Power Platform and SharePoint Online issues; Strengthen operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, and reliable operational processes; Contribute to engineering standards, take part in design reviews, and mentor colleagues; Work with stakeholders to assess opportunities, clarify requirements, and deliver business outcomes
