Design and sustain the core platform, encompassing backend services, APIs, and architecture; Oversee infrastructure and deployments, including cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations; Ensure code quality and establish engineering best practices, directing the technical vision of the team; Recruit, mentor, and grow the engineering team as the company evolves; Assess and incorporate emerging technologies, including Web3, AI, blockchain, streaming, and distributed systems; Support fundraising initiatives by collaborating on materials for investors, highlighting our innovation and scalability; Leverage your network to cultivate our ecosystem, identifying and engaging potential investors and media partners; Aid in developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring technical alignment with user acquisition and retention targets; Facilitate developer meetings to ensure alignment with KPIs, milestones, and overall product direction; Oversee analytics integration and user testing to assess engagement and refine the platforms core offerings; Collaborate with founders on product vision and roadmap, translating objectives into actionable development plans
