Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of Generative AI and agentic AI solutions from ideation to production support; design and build scalable GenAI systems; apply advanced data science and machine learning methods for predictive modeling, forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, NLP, and GenAI-enabled analytics; develop custom ML models and analytical frameworks for healthcare and enterprise data; perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical analysis; collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML and GenAI solutions; establish model performance tracking, drift detection, reliability monitoring, and continuous improvement processes; ensure solutions are scalable, cost-efficient, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards; maintain strong model governance, documentation, and auditability; apply Responsible AI principles including explainability, transparency, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance; partner with business stakeholders and product managers to define requirements and delivery roadmaps; present technical solutions to senior leadership; mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
