Develop and deliver high-level strategic designs supporting migration and grooming programmes, create strategic and tactical solutions for migrating legacy services, design topology changes within complex ring and transport network configurations, carry out circuit audits and inventory reviews, analyse access tails, vendor records and network data, identify existing network capacity to support migration and grooming activities, plan new Gigabit, 10G and 100G services across DWDM infrastructure, recommend site-specific capacity upgrades and broader network optimisation solutions, collaborate with Fibre, DWDM, IP and Field Engineering teams to deliver successful migration programmes
