Responsibilities
Conduct process and time studies, waste assessments, and bottleneck analyses; Lead approved projects from analysis through implementation and sustainment; Develop and deploy digital solutions to reduce non-value-added work; Improve OEE, changeover times, labor productivity, and throughput; Partner with Finance to validate benefits; Ensure improvements meet GMP and FDA-regulated requirements
