Software Development in Test

Salary: $124,800 - 128,960 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline. We are looking for at least 5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test, including building automation frameworks from the ground up for cloud applications. We need strong programming proficiency in Python and Kotlin, along with familiarity with tools such as Git and Buildkite. We value experience creating functional and performance automated tests for backend cloud systems. We want a self-directed professional who can independently define and introduce new tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
We design, build, and support scalable automation frameworks for integration and functional testing across web-based cloud, backend, and mobile applications. We work closely with QA teams, software engineers, and SDETs to strengthen end-to-end validation and broaden test coverage. We lead feature-level testing by establishing test strategies, performing manual testing, and moving solutions into automation. We improve and maintain testing frameworks and tooling to boost reliability, ease of use, and engineering productivity. We implement AI-enabled testing tools to speed up execution and increase accuracy, with an emphasis on edge cases and high-stress scenarios.
