Responsibilities
Design and implement system architecture and operational framework for the Linux platform; participate in regular patching of the Linux environment; automate system builds and patching; automate deployment and routine maintenance using pipelines; build and deploy infrastructure, security, and application monitoring tools; partner with InfoSec to deliver system logs to the SOC; define and monitor system SLAs and create alerting procedures; support application teams by troubleshooting performance and availability issues; perform on-call rotation; conduct root cause analysis and produce postmortem reports; proactively monitor utilization and recommend capacity management strategies
