Lead TRML-4D customer projects ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence; Manage customer relationships and public authorities including reporting and feedback collection; Prepare and conduct project and customer reviews; Create, align, and monitor project plans for resources, time, and costs; Execute claim and waiver management with the customer; Coordinate internal departments (Production, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service) and external subcontractors; Manage contracts with the customer; Deliver agreed services such as training and documentation; Lead, motivate, and develop project team members; Generate regular internal status reports for management.
