GIS Application Support Specialist

Salary: $52,000 - 66,560 per year
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with experience supporting applications, software, or Help Desk operations in a business setting. We require working knowledge of GIS applications, with Esri products strongly preferred. We are seeking strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Candidates must be willing to complete a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities:
We provide Help Desk assistance to end users, helping them navigate software, unfamiliar workflows, and tools. We act as a liaison between clients and technology vendors, partnering with technical teams and system administrators to resolve issues. We log, monitor, and manage incidents as well as enhancement requests. We support training and testing activities before implementation and assist with updates and releases after go-live. We document and maintain business processes and procedures.
