Responsibilities
Own engineering delivery, system reliability, and production outcomes across APIs, UI, and real-time decisioning systems. Establish and lead QA and release approach including automated testing and safe deployment practices. Implement real-time monitoring, alerting, and observability across the stack. Guide architecture across backend and frontend systems to ensure scalability and performance. Partner with Data Science to productionize machine learning models in real-time environments. Work hands-on on system design, debugging, and urgent production issues. Lead and grow the engineering team, setting high standards for execution and code quality. Build strong engineering practices across CI/CD, incident response, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Product and Customer teams to support smooth deployments. Own the technical roadmap and execute against company priorities. Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
