Responsibilities
Lead migration and standardization of acquired networks into enterprise golden configuration. Assess acquired environments, identify gaps, and create migration strategies and execution plans. Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center network infrastructure. Manage and optimize a large-scale enterprise network and security environment. Resolve escalated technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting support. Oversee monitoring, alerting, incident response activities, and related documentation. Maintain security controls, including firewalls, access controls, intrusion detection, and change management practices. Mentor junior engineers and lead network projects and cross-functional initiatives. Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, bottleneck resolution, and scalability planning. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, configurations, and knowledge base content.
