PeopleSoft Technical Developer
Salary: $111,865 - 142,628 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree requirement. We require at least five years of information technology experience across two or more areas such as application design, development, systems integration, implementation, or support. We require two years of experience with enterprise applications, such as financial, clinical, supply chain, or human resources systems. We value knowledge of computer technology as it relates to telecommunications, networks, and client operations. We expect training or hands-on experience in advanced analysis and design methodologies. We need a strong understanding of multiple enterprise systems domains, including business information systems and the technology factors that influence the organization. We look for prior experience leading information systems projects and/or work assignments. We require demonstrated and current expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM version 9.0 or higher. We require experience with PeopleTools 8.5x, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Data Mover, and Component Interface. We require experience implementing and/or supporting PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM modules. We require experience developing PeopleSoft Workflow and Security. We require experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools such as SQR, PSQuery, nVision, and XML Publisher.
Responsibilities:
We consult, analyze, plan, design, recommend, review, program, test, and monitor enterprise application services, including software development, software design engineering, and web development as needed. We independently carry out technical work for intermediate to complex enterprise applications and systems. We recommend procedures and best practices for application users. We help set priorities and guide technical direction based on programs, systems, services, resources, and available technology. We coordinate and manage projects and work assignments. We participate in short- and long-term information systems planning for the assigned area. We work with the PMO to coordinate implementation of related systems and applications when required. We support operations on a 24/7 basis as needed.
