Lead and manage the CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance program; Maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and required compliance documentation; Coordinate with outside IT providers to ensure cybersecurity requirements remain in place; Prepare the organization for customer, government, and third-party cybersecurity assessments and audits; Monitor compliance activities and track corrective actions; Coordinate employee cybersecurity awareness and CUI training; Provide regular updates to executive leadership on cybersecurity risks and compliance status; Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity and CMMC compliance matters
