Salary: $177,000 - 239,400 per year
Requirements:
We need 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management. We need 10+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams. We need 5+ years of software development experience. We need experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including process creation and release coordination. We prefer 8+ years of hands-on experience leading complex technology projects. We prefer experience building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple functions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings strong technical depth in machine learning systems. We value a customer-focused mindset, innovative thinking, and strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
We will rely on you to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that support our long-term goals. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, build consensus, and drive results at scale. You will work closely with science, engineering, product, and UX design teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for key search customer problems. You will define KPIs and success metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide leadership with clear reporting and insights. You will serve as the central link between engineering and business teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and smooth execution. You will help shape strategy, prioritize investments in machine learning and personalization, and improve search experiences across devices globally. You will own search relevance programs from strategy through execution, performance evaluation, and ongoing operational oversight.
