Responsibilities
Define network and system requirements based on customer needs and integration constraints. Design and develop network and system architectures. Plan, engineer, and maintain enterprise network connectivity on classified networks. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve connectivity needs and implement secure configurations. Keep switches and routers operational and compliant with DISA STIG requirements. Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls, IDS/IPS, and ISE for access control. Support enterprise service connections and secure cloud architectures. Work with ISSOs and Cybersecurity Services Leads during the RMF process. Mentor and train NOC staff and junior engineers.
