Salary: $86,000 - 114,000 per year
Requirements:
We are seeking a graduate-level candidate with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing. We require strong SmartCOMM expertise. We value scripting ability along with experience using Photoshop and Dreamweaver. We look for familiarity with MS Office, HTML, SharePoint, and publishing tools. We need someone with proven experience working with external vendors and agencies. We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are open to junior candidates who already have foundational SmartCOMM knowledge.
Responsibilities:
We will have you create documents, shared content, layouts, stylesets, overlays, images, and scripts for FAX, Print, and Archive output channels. You will apply content best practices and performance metrics to help us achieve business objectives while staying aligned with brand and style standards. You will review test plans and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables. You will present and explain design and branding choices to stakeholders. You will revise and develop claim-related content for documents covering areas such as insurance, coverage, and benefits. You will deliver finalized content to the appropriate output channels.

The role is scheduled to start in early August, and nearshore/offshore candidates may be considered if needed. This is a legacy SmartCOMM environment on-premises, not cloud-based, supporting critical CMS-mandated communications while the organization transitions away from older platforms.
