Responsibilities
Lead strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex, high-impact products from idea generation through launch; Make decisions on new products and enhancements based on validated insights; Act as an expert facilitator and advisor to product teams and cross-functional stakeholder groups; Partner with operations teams and market stakeholders to drive product adoption and readiness; Lead internal and external discovery for new and existing products; Coordinate prototyping and feedback loops with support from UX, engineering, research, and other partners; Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators and operational metrics; Oversee and prioritize the team backlog to balance new development, non-functional work, maintenance, support, and technical debt; Help resolve dependencies, roadblocks, and constraints across squads, products, and external partners; Translate business strategy into actionable requirements, establish standards, track progress, and remove obstacles that affect delivery; Ensure alignment with enterprise compliance standards and help manage technology risks; Support and optimize clinical and operational workflows built on Epic platforms such as Ambulatory, MyChart, and Cadence, along with related HL7 and interoperability integrations.
