Responsibilities
Travel to job sites to manage, troubleshoot, and oversee drainage challenges; Assist in preparing scope of work and conduct pre-award interviews; Support the development of bid packages including CAD drawings; Conduct constructability reviews and provide recommendations; Handle submittals, schedules, and budget analyses; Work alongside Quality Inspectors to review all installed work; Produce As-Built CAD drawings for finalized projects; Resolve mechanical field issues as they arise; Coordinate and assist with systems testing, building authority inspections, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
