Responsibilities
Lead planning, development, execution, and evaluation of software testing and quality assurance activities; Oversee cross-functional teams working on software development, testing, evaluation, implementation, and system enhancements; Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, evaluation methods, quality control processes, standards, procedures, and best practices; Assess software for functionality, performance, usability, security, scalability, reliability, and alignment with user requirements; Monitor development work, milestones, deployments, testing schedules, and deliverables; track defects, issues, risks, and performance concerns through resolution; Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, test results, system performance metrics, and quality control findings; Ensure development and testing activities meet applicable organizational, contractual, regulatory, security, and industry requirements; Coordinate throughout the SDLC with developers, engineers, project managers, business stakeholders, Government representatives, and end users; Review requirements and maintain traceability between user needs, system functionality, testing activities, and evaluation results; Prepare technical reports, presentations, assessments, status updates, and other contract deliverables for leadership and stakeholders; Identify improvements to software development, testing, evaluation, quality assurance, and program processes; Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members; Support audits, inspections, system reviews, program evaluations, and Government data calls
