Lead and manage a diverse team of embedded software engineers, Assess staffing needs and build talent pipelines, Guide technical planning and execution including review of agile metrics and Earned Value Management, Work closely with systems engineering, hardware engineering, quality assurance, customers, coworkers, and suppliers to integrate software components, Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining professionalism, Direct adherence to software engineering design practices and safety-critical standards, Mentor and develop engineers, Coordinate with other engineering teams on software verification, validation, release, and distribution, Engage with stakeholders including customers and regulatory bodies to report status and resolve concerns, Support and present in program management reviews and technical reviews, Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, process improvement, and employee development initiatives
